Description
беременности содержание этого глобулина в сыворотке беременных нарастает с последующим .падением и полным исчезнозеннем в ближайшие дни после родов. По истечении двух .недель (Згтлобулин не обнаруживаетс в сывэротке крови женщин, если через определенный срок не наступает повтоона беременность .
В случа х предполагаемой беременности (сроки 2-6 недель), которую определ ли по факту задержки менструации, но в последующем ,не подтвержденной, реакци на Ргг.тобулин была отрицательной, т. е. при апробации не встречали ложнопо.оожительных реакций на pi-глобулин в рапние сроки беременности.
Тестирование некоторых препаратов показало , что ргглобулин не дает перекрестных иммунологических реакций ни с хорионическкм гонадотропином (что принципиально важно в .иммунохимической диагностике беременности ), ни с другими гор.мональными веществами (соматотропин, питуитрин, окситоцин, , маммофизин). Кроме того, и по молекул рному весу, определенному с помощььо тсН:кослокной хроматографии, Ргглобулик также отличаетс (М 113500, ±) от хорионического гонадотролина и других гормональных препаратов, вз тых дл сравнительного иммунохимического анализа.
Предлагаемый способ легко воспроизводим и прост в исполнении и обеспечивает раннее вы вление беременно-сти.
