Abstract

Способ ориентации полуцилиндрической трубной заготовки при задаче ее в сборочное устройство сварочного стана, при котором трубную заготовку перемещают по рольгангу, а затем кромки заготовки прижимают к выравнивающим роликам, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения качества сварки труб путем исключения смятия кромок заготовки при прижатии их к выравнивающим роликам, перед прижатием заготовку приподнимают над рольгангом и поворачивают до соприкосновения с выравнивающими роликами.
