Кроме того, в зависимости от температуры сварки в качестве мате риала изолирующих прокладок могут быть применены кварцева ткань марки СК, кварцева вуаль и др. Использование изобретени позвол т ет упростить технологию и повысить качество соединени прц диффузионной сварке. Формула.изобретени 1. Способ диффузионной сварки, при котором между свариваем кш детал м и технологической оснасткой располагают изолируихцие прокладки, предзотаращаюоте их соединение, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повы ,шени надежности изол ции при сварке деталей сложного профил , в качестве изолирующей прокл щки испольэ)гют волокнистые термостойкие тканыёи материалы . 4.
