(54) КАТАЛИЗАТОР ДЛЯ ГИДРОРИФОРМИНГА 12
УГЛЕВОДОРОДОВ
ставе катализатора 0,35 вес. %. После сушки при 100°С катализатор прокаливают при 530° С.
Пример 3. Катализатор готов т по методике примера 2, но иа носитель нанос т также олово путем добавлени к пропитывающему раствору хлорида двухвалентного олова.
В табл. 1 приведены составы катализаторов с различным содержанием компонентов .
Таблица I.
Катализаторы различного состава испытывают при следующих услови х: в реактор из нержавеющей стали помещают 2,5 см катализатора, затем черезнего пропускают сухой водород в течение 2 ч при 500° С и давление 9 бар. После этого температуру довод т до 510°С и .ввод т нормальный гептан со скоростью 2 ч при отношении водорода к гептану 5. Результаты испытани предложенных катализаторов приведены в табл. 2. Таблица2 Примечание:. У сех катализаторов октановое число 103. - -;--; м - - - - : .-о..- .::: Из табл. 2следует,ЧТОтрийеталлические катализаторы (3,5) болееактавны,чём биметаллические. Пример 4. Применение катализатора дл ароматизации углеводородов. Готов т 3 катализатора, содержащих платину, олово, цирконий, вольфрам или титан, осаждаемые на окись алюмини , при следующем содержании компонентов, вес. %: Pt 0,36, Sn 0,20, Zn 0,20, Cl 1,13 (катализатор 9); Pt 0,37, Sn 0,20, Ti 0,13, Cl 1,19 (катализатор 10); Pt 0,36, Sn 0,19, W 0,23, Cl 1,26 (катализатор 11). -.- . , . . л : Испь1тани провод т при атмосферном давлении и 520° С с «-гейсаном (превращаемым в бейзол путем ароматизации) и водородом при отношении водорода к н-гексану 15,9. Установлено, что с катализаторами 9- 11 превращение происходит фактически полным, причем избирательность (селективность ) бензола оказываетс соотв.етственйо равной 60,8% дл катализатора 9, 68,4% дл катализатора 10 и 64,6% дл катализатора 11., - : Таким образом. Предложенныекатализаторы оказьшаютс хорощими .катализаторами ароматизации.. П р им ёр 5. Использов.ание катализатора в процессе ароматизации под давлением .,- . ., -.... Готов т катализатор (12) состава. вес. %: ; : 0,35 платины (ос-аждаёмой и помбщью psfCTBOpa гёкёа слорйлатиновой кислоты); 0,21 олоба (бсажДаёмоГ10 р помощью раствора хлористого соединени с двухвалентным оловом);
0,16 циркони (осаждаемого с помощью раствора нитрата циркони );
0,84 хлора.
При испытании катализатора 12 дл реакции ароматизации расцолагагот двум загрузкйми А и Б, анализ которых приведен в табл. 3.

Реакци ароматизации происходит аналогично примеру 1 при 520° С, давлении 10 бар, объемной скорости 2 ч и мол рном отношении водорода к углеводородам 5.

Установлено, что дл загрузки А превращение парафинов и нафталинов равно 94,1%, а селективность ароматических соединений 45,8%; а дл загрузки Б превращение парафинов и нафталинов равно 92,4%; а селективность ароматических соединений 53,8%.
