Description
Примеры составов преппагаемого минерапьного вопокна приведены в таблице.
Изготавливают минеральное волокно путем плавпени шихты в плавильных агрегатах . I Подготовленные компоненты шихты, например базальт, габбро- диабаз горн- бпендит и др. с добавкой известн ка или доломита в количестве 1О25 масс.% загружают в печь и плав т при 1250-14ОО С. Расплав перерабатываетс в вопокно центробежно-валковым способом при 1340-1400°С.
Иопученное минеральное вопокно хим- стойко, имеет аиаметр вопокон 4-6 мкм, копичество невопокнистых включений 9- 13% и температуроустойчивость цо800 С, что на 120 150 С выше температуреустойчивости примен емой в насто щее врем минерапЬной ваты.
