Description
(54) ШИХТА ДЛЯ ИЗГОТСеЛЕНИЯ СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ тельной деструкции. Органические компоненты окисл ютс и удал ютс из системы . Остающийс в системе неорганичес кий фосфат натри образует в продукте до полнительные количества высокотемпера турного кле - полифосфата натри , что способствует упрочнению издели . Дл получени состава шихты берут три смеси ингредиентов, содержащие, кажда , %: кремнезем - 72, полифосфат ; натри 1,5; вода - остальное и отличающиес друг от друга содержанием 7 8 полиэфира, равным в каждой смеси последовательно , % : 1,0; 1,5;3,О. Полученные составы формуютс в кубики 2х2х2см и обжигаютс при бОО-вОСЯс. Полученные при формовании шихты массы имеют хорошие формовочные и пластические свойства, сохран ют без деформации приданную форму а при раскатывании практически не имеют адгезии к рукам и металлу. Свойства полученных изделий в зависимости от количества полиэфира прёд ставлены ниже.
