Изобретение относитс к способам бестраншейной прокладки подземных коммуникаций , например, под полотном шоссейных и железных дорог путем забивани тру.бы в грунт с одновременным его удалением из трубы. Известен способ бестраншейной прокладки подземных коммуникаций, при котором трубу погружают в грунт путем виброударного продавливани , при этом поступающий в трубу грунт удал ют в направлении, противоположном погружению трубы под воздействием сообщаемых ей ударов 1. При таком способе прокладки обеспечить синхронность процесса внедрени трубы открытым концом в грунт с процессом удалени грунта из трубы. В противном случае после внедрени трубы на заданную длину грунт, оставшийс в передней части ее должен быть мгновенно транспортирован к выходному концу, что практически невозможно. Наиболее близким техническим решением к изобретению вл етс способ бестраншейной прокладки подземной коммуникации путем забивани трубы в грунт и уда- лени его из трубы под воздействием сообщаемых ей ударов 2. Однако при забивании трубы большого диаметра весь объем грунта, наход щегос в трубе, удалить невозможно и необходимо дл его извлечени использовать иные транспортные средства. Цель изобретени заключаетс в улучшении очистки трубы от грунта без использовани дополнительных транспортных средств. Эта цель достигаетс тем, что после забивани трубы на требуемую глубину ударное воздействие на нее прекращают, трубу стопор т и затем возобновл ют на нее ударное воздействие. На фиг. 1 показана забивка трубы в грунт ударным механизмом; на фиг. 2 - стопорение трубы со стороны ее передней части и удаление грунта из нее; на фиг. 3 - стопорение трубы со стороны ее хвостовой части и удаление грунта из нее. However, when a large diameter pipe is driven, the entire volume of soil in the pipe cannot be removed it is necessary to use other vehicles to remove it. The purpose of the invention is to improve the cleaning of the pipe from the ground without the use of additional vehicles. This goal is achieved by the fact that after driving the pipe to the required depth, the shock effect on it is stopped, the pipe is stopped and then the impact action is resumed on it. FIG. 1 shows a pipe driven into the ground by a percussion mechanism; in fig. 2 - stopping the pipe from the front of the pipe and removing the soil from it; in fig. 3 - stopping the pipe from the side of its tail and removing the soil from it.
