Description

The invention relates to methods for cleaning the surface of water from an oil film and can be used in the technique of extracting and transporting oil and petroleum products. Methods are known for cleaning the surface of water from oil by applying to the oil film the floating media, which are a carrier (sawdust, vermiculite, talc bentonites, etc.) treated with surface active substances and a wetting agent. Then, the floating sorbent together with the adsorbed oil is collected from the surface of the water. The floating sorbent can be a composition of the type perlite-cellulose-clay-asphalt fibers 11 and 12. The disadvantages of these methods are the need to pre-treat the carriers with water-repellent and surfactants, as well as the impossibility of purifying water during oil combustion. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of water purification from the oil film by depositing oil adsorbing clay (betonite, kaolin, etc.) on the surface of the water, followed by collecting the mixture of clay with oil from the surface or flooding it when water moves with the addition, if necessary, of emulsifiers 13. The disadvantages of this method are the need to treat the clay in order for it to become an oil adsorbent, the need to use emulsifiers for complete opleni oil, as well as the impossibility of cleaning the surface of the burning oil, since the combustion temperature is not, PTI (1000-1100 ° c) clay particles are reflowed and cease to be neftepogloschayuschimi. The purpose of the invention is the possibility of carrying out the adsorption process at the oil burning temperature. The goal set is achieved by the first, that at first dust-dust and powdery particles of sand, having a size of 0.01-0.5 mm, are sprayed onto the oil, then particles of slag pumice, 0.05-0.5 mm in size. When the water is stationary, oil with layers of sand and pumice powders is mechanically collected from the surface of the water. When driving. water oil sinks to the bottom of the reservoir.
