Description
(54) - MASS FOR GETTING A GRAY ENAMEL
The invention relates to compositions of gray enamel coatings and can be used as standard samples for calibration and adjustment of reflective densitometers. As standards for the latter, a set of neutral gray surfaces with optical densities in the range 0.03-2.5 is required. The composition for the enamel coating 1 is known, containing per 100 math. frit 5 ma.ch. clay and 0.2 ma.h. sodium chloride, and the Frit contains, wt%: St0243,7; 16.4; BjOj 2.8; NajAIF 12.2; CaO 6.6; TiO 1.9; ZnO 2.8; SbjOj 12, 0.3; , 0.9. The gray enamel coatings obtained from this recipe have a bluish tint, i.e. lack of neutron power, and low optical density. The closest is the composition of the mass to obtain a gray enamel coating C21 containing, in wt.%: clay 4.4-4.7 / pigment 39 0.5-3.5; TiOj 0.2-4.4; frit 87.7-94.6; moreover, the Frit contains, wt%: SiO 49, 59.3; 6.9-13.4, - CaO 0.1-2.4}, NajO 12.3-h3, 9; F 4.6-11.3; Al, O, 4.7-10.1. The disadvantage of this composition is the low optical density of the coating and the neutrality. The purpose of the invention is to increase the optical density of the coating and improve neutrality. The goal is achieved by the fact that the mass for obtaining a gray enamel coating, including a frit containing SiOj, A,,, CaO, F, clay and pigment, also contains magnesium sulfate, as a pigment contains a pigment based on, Mn (L, CojOj, , a frit additionally contains MgO, SrO, ZrO P the following ratio of components, wt.%: Frit 82.4-90; clay 3.3-5.4; pigment 4.5-14; magnesium sulfate 0.1-0, 3; moreover, the frit contains, in wt.%: SfOj 44.6-49; Al, 0, 8.4-9.3; NaoO 17-29.1; B „0. 5.811, 1; CaO 2.5-6 , 2; F "3.8-8.2; MgO 0.1-1.9; SrO 0.1-0.9; r02 0.1 .5.3 .. Table 1 presents the composition of frits. Frit obtained by melting tim charge consisting of sand feldspar, soda ash, sodium nitrate, borax.
