1. สูตรผสมสำหรับให้แก่ร่างกายทางภายนอกร่างกาย ที่ประกอบด้วยส่วนผสมของสาร สกัดสมุนไพรและ/หรืออนุพันธ์ของสารสกัดสมุนไพร บรรจุอยู่ในเวซิเคิ่ลชนิดไนโอโซม
2. สูตรผสมสำหรับให้แก่ร่างกายทางผิวหนังตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการรวม เข้าด้วยกันของสารสกัดสมุนไพรและ/หรืออนุพันธ์ของสารสกัดสมุนไพร สารให้ความชุ่มชื้น สาร เสริม และสารที่ใช้สร้างผนังเวซิเคิ่ลชนิดไนโอโซม
3. สูตรผสมสำหรับให้แก่ร่างกายทางผิวหนังตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 หรือ 2 ซึ่งสารที่ใช้สร้าง ผนังเวซิเคิ่ลได้แก่สารลดแรงตึแท็ก :
