1. ข้อถือสิทธฺ์ (ทั้งหมด) ซึ่งจะไม่ปรากฏบนหน้าประกาศโฆษณา :ขอถือสิทธิในแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ซึ่งได้แก่ รูปร่างลักษณะและการจัดวางขนแปรงเข้ากับฐานแปรง เฉพาะแต่ในส่วนที่มีลักษณะพิเศษ คือ รอบ นอกจะวางด้วยขนแปรงเป็นกลุ่ม ๆ แต่ละกลุ่มวางเป็นลักษณะรูป วงกลมตลอดแนวรอบฐานแปรง โดยขนแปรงแต่ละเส้นจะมีปลายเสมอส่วน รอบในจะวางด้วยขนแปรงเป็นกลุ่ม ๆ แต่ละกลุ่มวางเป็นลักษณะรูป สี่เหลี่ยมตลอดแนวรอบฐานแปรง โดยขนแปรงแต่ละเส้นจะมีปลายแหลม ดังรายละเอียดตามที่ปรากฏในภาพแสดงแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้ยื่นมา พร้อมนี้ (ข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ข้อ,รูปเขียน 4 รูป)1.
