การประดิษฐ์เม็ดโฟมปั้น ที่มีส่วนผสมของกาวโพลีไวนิลแอลกอฮอล์ (Poly vinyl alcocol glue), สี (Pigment water base), สารเพิ่มความเข้มข้น (Thickener), เมทธิลพาราเบน(Methyl paraben), โพรพิล พาราเบน(Propyl paraben), ไลท์เคลย์(Light Clay) กรรมวิธีการทำโดย นำกาวโพลีไวนิลแอลกอฮอล์ (Poly vinyl alcohol), สีment water base), สารเพิ่มความเข้มข้น (Thickener), เมทธิลพาราเบน(Methyl paraben), โพรพิล พาราเบน(Propyl paraben) ส่วนผสมมารวมเข้าด้วยกันในถัง และทำการผสมให้เข้ากันเป็นเวลา 15 นาที แล้วจึงเติม สไตโร โฟม (Styro Foam) ผสมให้เข้ากันอีก 10 นาที

1. เม็ดโฟมปั้น ประกอบด้วย - กาวโพลีไวนิลแอลกอฮอล์ (Poly vinyl alcohol glue) 71.0%โดยน้ำหนัก - สี(Pigment water base) 10.0%โดยน้ำหนัก - สารเพิ่มความเข้ม (Thickener) 8.0%โดยน้ำหนัก - เมทิลพาราเบน(Methyl paraben) 0.5%โดยน้ำหนัก - โพรพิล พาราเบน(Propyl paraben) 0.5%โดยน้ำหนัก - สไตโร โฟม (Styro foam)
