Abstract

The new, improved design for a compost shredder consists of a structure, upper shredding rollers, several lower shredding rollers, a feeding chute, a cover, an electric motor, an upper pulley, several lower pulleys, and a compost discharge chute. The electric motor powers the upper and lower shredding rollers via pulleys and belts. The shredder operates by feeding high-moisture compost, such as fermented straw, into the feeding chute. The compost flows into the upper shredding rollers, where it is shredded and then falls onto the lower shredding rollers. The lower rollers have smaller blade spacing than the upper rollers. For more efficient shredding, additional lower shredding rollers can be added. The further shredded compost falls through the discharge chute for further use.

The fertilizer shredder has the following components: structure (1), upper roller (2), upper shredder teeth (3), feeding port (6), cover (7), electric motor (8), upper pulley (9), and fertilizer discharge port (11). Structure (1) is a rectangular structure with side walls and legs raised above ground level. Structure (1) serves to support the components of the fertilizer shredder. The upper roller (2) is installed on the upper edge of structure (1). The upper roller (2) consists of a number of blade sets and a shaft that shreds the fertilizer. Each set of blades is a number of protruding blades arranged at intervals within structure (1), and a shaft is inserted into the set of blades, the end of which protrudes from structure (1). In the inner part of the structure (1) parallel to the shaft of the upper roller (12), there are upper shredder teeth (3), which are a number of protruding blades, placed between the two. The upper beater's blade assembly (2) has the upper beater's blade plate (3) perpendicular to the upper beater's shaft (2). The upper beater's shaft (2) has an upper pulley (9) fitted onto it, which is connected to a belt powered by an electric motor (8) to drive the upper beater (2). On top of the compost shredder, there is a cover (7) that sits on top of the upper beater (2). On top of the cover (7) is an opening (6) for feeding compost into the machine, and on the bottom of the upper beater (2) is a compost discharge port (11) for the compost to exit after being crushed. A unique feature is that, on the bottom of the upper beater (2), above the compost discharge port (11), several lower beaters (4) are mounted. Each lower beater (4) consists of a number of blade sets and a shaft for crushing the compost. Each lower beater's blade set (4) consists of a number of protruding blade plates. Each lower drum (4) blade assembly is spaced apart within the structure (1), and a shaft is inserted into the lower drum (4) blade assembly, the end of which protrudes from the wall of the structure (1). On the inside of the wall of the structure (1), parallel to the shaft of each lower drum (4) blade assembly, there are several lower drum teeth (5) which are blade-like plates protruding between the lower drum (4) blade assemblies. The blade plates of the lower drum teeth (5) are perpendicular to the shaft of the lower drum (4). At the end of each lower drum (4) shaft, a lower pulley (10) is inserted, which is connected to a belt that is powered by an electric motor (8) to drive each lower drum (4) blade assembly. 2. A fertilizer crusher, according to claim 1, where the gap between the lower die blades (4) is smaller than the gap between the upper die blades (2). 3. A fertilizer crusher according to claim 1 or 2 where the gap size between the lower tines (5) is smaller than the gap size between the upper tines (3). 4. A fertilizer crusher according to any one of the claims 1-3 where the gap between the upper (4) lower crusher blade sets is larger than the gap between the lower (4) lower crusher blade sets. 5. A fertilizer crusher according to any of the claims 1-4, in which the gap size between the lower (5) teeth on the top is larger than the gap size between the lower (5) teeth on the bottom.
