DC60 (28/09/55) กรรมวิธีการเตรียมอาร์ทีเมียที่เสริมด้วยสารชีวโมเลกุล (อาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่) ตามการ ประดิษฐ์นี้ ในรูปแบบของอาร์ทีเมียที่มีแบคทีเรียที่สร้างอาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่ เพื่อเป็นอาหารสดแก่กุ้ง กุลาดำและกุ้งอื่นๆ ซึ่งสามารถใช้ยับยั้งหรือลดระดับการสร้างของยีนที่มีความจำเพาะต่ออาร์เอ็น เอสายคู่นั้นๆ โดยไม่ก่อความเครียดแก่กุ้ง มีสะดวกและเหมาะสมเมื่อนำไปใช้ในระดับฟาร์ม ซึ่ง เป็นการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านงานวิจัย ไปต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์และนำไปใช้ในภาคการเกษตร สำหรับการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตกุ้งกุลาดำ กรรมวิธีการเตรียมอาร์ทีเมียที่เสริมด้วยสารชีวโมเลกุล (อาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่) ตามการ ประดิษฐ์นี้ ในรูปแบบของอาร์ทีเมียที่มีแบคทีเรียที่สร้างอาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่ เพื่อเป็นอาหารสดแก่กุ้ง กุลาดำและกุ้งอื่นๆ ซึ่งสามารถใช้ยับยั้งหรือลดระดับการสร้างของยีนที่มีความจำเพาะต่ออาร์เอ็น เอสายคู่นั้นๆ โดยไม่ก่อความเครียดแก่กุ้ง มีสะดวกและเหมาะสมเมื่อนำไปใช้ในระดับฟาร์ม ซึ่ง เป็นการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านงานวิจัย ไปต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์และนำไปใช้ในภาคการเกษตร สำหรับการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ โดยเฉพาะอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตกุ้งกุลาดำ

1. กรรมวิธีการเตรียมอาร์ทีเมียที่เสริมด้วยสารชีวโมเลกุล (อาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่) และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากรรมวิธีดังกล่าว ได้พัฒนากรรมวิธีการเตรียมอาหารสดที่เสริมด้วยสารชีว โมเลกุล (อาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่) ในรูปแบบของอาร์ทีเมียที่มีแบคทีเรียที่สร้างอาร์เอ็นเอสายคู่ โดยการ ประดิษฐ์นี้ได้ใช้แบคทีเรีย Escherichia coli สายพันธุ์ที่ไม่สร้างเอ็นไซม์ Ribonuclease lll ซึ่ง บรรจุพลาสมิดลูกผสมที่มีลำดับของดีเอ็นเอต้นแบบ เพื่อให้เซลล์มีการสร้างกรดไรโบนิวคลีอิคสาย ยาวในรูปของ stem-loop ที่จำเพาะต่อฮอร์โมแท็ก :
