DC60 (30/06/57) การประดิษฐ์ "ผลิตภัณฑ์ดีปลีและหางไหลกำจัดแมลง" มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อใช้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมแมลงศัตรูพืช ได้แก่ กลุ่มเพลี้ย หนอน และด้วง ซึ่งสร้างความเสียหายต่อผลผลิตพืชหลายชนิด เช่น พืชผัก ไม้ดอก และไม้ผล โดยสามารถใช้ดีปลี หรือหางไหลอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือผสมสารสกัด จากพืชอื่น ได้แก่ หนอนตายหยาก และพริกไทย ในอัตราส่วน (11) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการ ควบคุมแมลงศัตรูพืชแบบเจาะจงชนิด ทั้งนี้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้มีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้ ผลิตผล ผู้บริโภค และ สิ่งแวดล้อม การประดิษฐ์ "ผลิตภัณฑ์ดีปลีและหางไหลกำจัดแมลง" มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อใช้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมแมลงศัตรูพืช ได้แก่ กลุ่มเพลี้ย หนอน และด้วง ซึ่งสร้างความเสียหายต่อผลผลิตพืชหลายชนิด เช่น พืชผัก ไม้ดอก และไม้ผล โดยสามารถใช้ดีปลี หรือหางไหลอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือผสมสารสกัด จากพืชอื่น ได้แก่ หนอนตายหยาก และพริกไทย ในอัตราส่วน (1:1) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการ ควบคุมแมลงศัตรูพืชแบบเจาะจงชนิด ทั้งนี้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้มีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้ ผลิตผล ผู้บริโภค และ สิ่งแวดล้อม:

1. ผลิตภัณฑ์กำจัดศัตรูพืชที่มีส่วนผสมของสารสกัดจากดีปลีและหางไหลในอัตราส่วนที่อยู่ในช่วงตั้งแต่ 0.5:1 ถึง 5:1
2. ผลิตภัณฑ์กำจัดศัตรูพืชตามข้อถือสิทธิที่ 1 ที่ซึ่งอัตราส่วนของสารสกัดจากดีปลีและหางไหลมีค่าเท่ากับ 1:1
3. การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ตามข้อถือสิทธิในข้อที่ 2 สำหรับกำจัดศัตรูพืชที่เลือกได้จากหนอนใยผัก เพลียไฟมะเขือ เทศ และด้วงหมัดผัก
