Abstract
พลาสมิดพาหะตามการประดิษฐ์นี้เป็นพลาสมิดที่ครอบคลุมการใช้งานสำหรับการผลิตโปรตีน เป้าหมายออกนอกเซลล์ในแบคทีเรียเจ้าบ้านที่นิยมใช้ในงานพันธุวิศวกรรมเพื่อการผลิตโปรตีนเป้าหมายออก นอกเซลล์ในปัจจุบันทั้ง 3 ชนิด คือ Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis และ Escherichia coli ซึ่งไม่เคยมีรายงานมาก่อน กล่าวอีกนัยหนึ่งคือ พลาสมิดพาหะตามการประดิษฐ์นี้เพียงโครงสร้างเดียวจะมี ประโยชน์การใช้งานได้อย่างกว้างและครอบคลุมสำหรับแบคทีเรียทั้ง 3 ชนิดดังกล่าว อีกทั้ง องค์ประกอบ ของพลาสมิด ตามการประดิษฐ์นี้ยังเอื้อต่อการผลิตโปรตีนเป้าหมายออกนอกเซลล์แบคทีเรียแต่ละชนิดได้ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงทำให้สะดวกและง่ายต่อการนำโปรตีนเป้าหมายมาใช้ ลดขั้นตอนการสกัดโปรตีนออก จากเซลล์เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการผลิตโปรตีนเป้าหมายภายในเซลล์แบคทีเรีย ทำให้สามารถลดระยะเวลาและ ต้นทุนการผลิตลงได้ โดยพลาสมิดพาหะตามการประดิษฐ์นี้ มีลักษณะ คือ พลาสมิดพาหะดังกล่าวมี องค์ประกอบของลำดับเบสส่วนสร้างโปรตีนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำโปรตีนออกนอกเซลล์แบคทีเรีย (signal peptide) ซึ่งคัดแยกได้จากแบคทีเรีย L plantarum BCC9546 และลำดับเบสดังกล่าว เลือกได้จากลำดับ เบส ตามรูปที่ 1ก, 1ข, 1ค หรือ 1ง อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง

1. พลาสมิดพาหะสำหรับการผลิตโปรตีนเป้าหมายออกนอกเซลล์แบคทีเรีย Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis และ Escherichia coli ที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะ คือ พลาสมิดพาหะดังกล่าวมีองค์ประกอบ ของลำดับเบสส่วนสร้างโปรตีนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำโปรตีนออกนอกเซลล์แบคทีเรียซึ่งคัดแยกได้จาก แบคทีเรีย L. plantarum BCC9546 และลำดับเบสดังกล่าว เลือกได้จากลำดับเบส ตามรูปที่ 1ก, 1ข, 1ค หรือ 1ง อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
