ชุดประกาศโฆษณา 31/01/2562 การประดิษฐ์นี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาชุดตรวจสอบความเป็นพิษโดยรวมและรูปแบบความเป็นพิษของสาร ตัวอย่าง จากแบคทีเรียและรีคอมบิแนนต์แบคทีเรีย และกรรมวิธีตรวจสอบ ให้มีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และ ทำงานได้คลอบคลุมทั้งแบคทีเรียแกรมลบ และแบคทีเรียแกรมบวกในสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งออกแบบชุดทดสอบให้ สามารถตรวจวัดความเป็นพิษโดยรวมของสารตัวอย่าง โดยอาศัยการเปลี่ยนสีของสารรีดอกซ์ อินดิเคเตอร์ ใน การติดตามการหายใจของแบคทีเรีย และในชุดตรวจสอบเดียวกัน สามารถตรวจวัดรูปแบบความเป็นพิษของ สารตัวอย่าง เช่น ความเป็นพิษที่เหนี่ยวนำให้เกิดการทำลายดีเอ็นเอ เหนี่ยวนำให้เกิดการทำลายโปรตีน และ เหนี่ยวนำให้เกิดภาวะเครียดออกซิเดชัน สามารถตรวจวัดสัญญาณเบื้องต้นด้วยการสังเกตสีที่เกิดขึ้น และ สามารถตรวจวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณด้วยการใช้เครื่องวัดการดูดกลืนแสง สเปคโตรโฟทอมิเตอร์ ที่ความยาวคลื่น 660 นาโนเมตร เมื่อนำค่าสัญญาณที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้สภาวะที่มีสารตัวอย่างมาเปรียบเทียบกับสัญญาณในสภาวะ ที่ใช้สารปราสจากความเป็นพิษ ก็จะสามารถรายงานค่าการประมาณความเป็นพิษจากสารตัวอย่างต่อ แบคทีเรีย ดังนั้นจึงสามารถตรวจสอบความเป็นพิษโดยรวมและรูปแบบความเป็นพิษของสารมลพิษต่อ แบคทีเรียได้ ------------------------
