While there is a hollow, curved surface in the heel portion of the insole, athletic shoes do not explicitly raise the heel area. The forefoot and insole provide dual support and reduce impact during exercise.

Claims

1. An athletic shoe consists of the shoe body (2), which contains the forefoot (1) and the insole (3). The insole (3) is placed inside the shoe body (2), with the arch portion of the insole being thicker than the toe portion.

2. The athletic shoes as specified in Reputation 1 also include a side fastening piece (4) placed on the upper heel portion of the side wall (2a) of the shoe body (2).

3. The athletic shoes as specified in claim 1 also include a foot strap (5) placed on the upper surface of the heel side of the insole (3).

4. The athletic shoes as specified in Claim 1, in which the sole support (5) has a hollow curved shape.

5. The athletic shoes as specified in claim 1 also incorporate numerous grooves (6) made on the underside of the sole for the foot (3) (Clause 5, page 1, figure 3).
