Abstract

The ultrasonic cleaning tank consists of a tank for containing the cleaning solution and an ultrasonic shaking device enclosed in a sealed container mounted on the bottom of the tank. A removable lid closes the tank. When the workpiece to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning solution in the tank, the cleaning solution is supplied to the entire area of the ultrasonic cleaning tank. When the tank is closed by the lid, a pressure system is used to pressure the cleaning solution in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. This includes a sealed cleaning solution tank independent of the ultrasonic cleaning tank and a pressure device to provide pressure to the cleaning solution in the sealed tank, transmitting the pressure through the liquid pipe to the ultrasonic cleaning tank.

Claims (8)

1. The pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of a sealable cleaning tank (1) for holding the workpiece (5) to be cleaned and a cleaning solution (3). The cleaning tank (1) is arranged so that during operation it is filled with the cleaning solution (3). An ultrasonic shaker is arranged so that it provides ultrasonic energy to the cleaning solution (3) in the cleaning tank (1), and a pressure pathway (18) is arranged so that it provides pressure to the cleaning solution (3) in the cleaning tank (1). The pressure pathway (18) is arranged away from the cleaning tank (1) and is connected to the tank via a fluid pipe (15 18) so that during operation the pressure of the pressure pathway is transmitted through the fluid pipe (15 18) to the cleaning solution (3) filled in the cleaning tank (1). 2. A pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, in which the pressure pathway (18) consists of an additional tank (14) for holding the cleaning solution and is arranged in a manner to receive the pressure. 3. A pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, in which the pressure pathway (18) consists of a gas pressure device (18) to pressure the cleaning solution in an additional tank (14) through the pressurized gas. 4. A pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, in which the pressure pathway (18) is arranged to deliver the pressurized gas to the additional tank (14) to provide pressure to the interior (16) of the additional tank (14). 5. The ultrasonic cleaning machine, which is applied by pressure as previously claimed, is further comprised of a cleaning solution circulation method (32 33 8) for circulating the cleaning solution contained in the cleaning tank (1), and a liquid pipe (18 8) for transmitting the pressure to be connected to the cleaning tank (1) through the cleaning solution circulation method (32 33 8). 6. A pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning machine, as requested in one of the preceding claims, in which the cleaning tank (1) shall contain a body (4) for holding the cleaning solution (3) and the ultrasonic shaker is enclosed in a sealed container (2) mounted on the lower wall of such body (4). 7. A pressure-assisted ultrasonic cleaning device as claimed in claim 6, in which the inside of a sealed container (2) is connected to a pressure pathway (18). 8. An ultrasonic cleaning device that uses pressure as claimed in claims 6 or 7, in which the cleaning tank (1) has a removable lid (6) for sealing the said tank (4) when the workpiece (5) to be cleaned is immersed in the cleaning solution (3) in the tank (4) (Clause 8, page 2, figure 4).
