Organic peracids (C) are formed, releasing 1 to 20% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, and (d) 3 to 20% by weight of ionic surfactants, which are present as slurries or liquids at 25°C. aM2O.bSiO2.cMemOn (I) where M represents hydrogen atoms or IR group elements of the periodic table, Me represents elements of groups IIa, IIb, IIIa, Iva, or VIII or VIII of the periodic table, a, b, c, m, and n are each positive numbers, with b/a being from 0.5 to 4.0, c/a being from 0 to 1.0, and n/m being from 0.5 to 2.0, and (chemical formula) (II) where L represents easily dissociated groups and R represents linear alkyl groups with 11 to 13 carbon atoms.
