Claims (19)

Polymer blends consisting of (a) brittle polymers in amounts from 70 to 30 percent by weight, comprising (i) one or more C8-12 vinyl aromatic monomers from 80 to 40 percent by weight, (ii) one or more C1-4 alkyl acrylates or C1-4 methacrylates from 20 to 60 percent by weight, and (iii) one or more C3-6 ethylenenicalli ansatjurete carboxylic acids from 0 to 3 percent by weight; and (b) group-two or group-three strip, linear, or radial rubber polymers from 5 to 30 percent by weight. This includes (i) one or more of the aforementioned C8-12 vinyl aromatic monomers from 40 to 45 percent by weight, and (ii) one or more of the aforementioned C4-6 conjugatetech diolefins from 60 to 55 percent by weight, and (c) Group-2 or Group-3 drawable polymers of the strip, linear, or radial type from 65 to 25 percent by weight, which include (i) one of the aforementioned C8-12 vinyl aromatic monomers from 70 to 80 percent by weight, and (ii) one or more of the aforementioned C4-6 conjugatetech diolefins from 30 to 20 percent by weight.
