A pure stereochemical N1- (halogenocyclopropyl)-substitutate pyridonecarboxylic acid derivative represented by the formula (I) (chemical formula) (I), where X1 means halogen atom; X2 means halogen atom; R1 means amino group, hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group, or methyl group; R2 is the group represented by formula (II) (chemical formula) (II), where independent R3 and R4 represent hydrogen atoms and m is the integer 1; A represents a partial structure of formula (III): (chemical formula) (III), where X3 represents the methyl group, methoxyl group, fluorine atom, chlorine atom, difluoromethoxyl group, or hydrogen atom, and R represents hydrogen atom, phenyl group, acetoxymethyl group, plevoyloxymethyl group, ethoxycarbonyl group, choline group, dimethylaminoethyl group, 5-indanyl group, phthalitinyl group, 5-alkyl-2-oxo-1, 3-dioxol-4-ylmethyl group, 3-acetoxy-2-oxobutyl, alkyl groups with carbons 1 through 6. An atom, an alkoxymethyl group with 2 to 7 carbon atoms, or a phenylalkyl group consisting of an alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms and a phenyl group; or its salts, and excluding cases where R1 is a hydrogen atom and X3 is a hydrogen or halogen atom.
