1.สารประกอบที่แสดงโดยสูตร I (สูตรเคมี) I ที่ซึ่ง R1 คือไฮโดรเจน หรือโลเวอร์อัลคิล R2 คือ 3-ไธโอฟีนิล และ R3 และ R4 แต่ละตัวเป็นอิสระต่อกันคือ ไฮโดรเจน หรือโลเวอร์อัลคิล หรือเกลือที่ยอมรับได้ ทางเภสัชกรรมของสารเหล่านี้
2. สารประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ที่ซึ่ง R1 คือไฮโดรเจน
3. สารประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 2 ที่ซึ่ง R3 คือไฮโดรเจน และ R4 คือโลเวอร์อิลคิล
4. สารประกอบตามข้อถือสิทธิ 3 ที่ซึ่ง R3 คือไฮโดรเจน และ R4 คือเมธิลชื่อว่า 1,3- ไดออกโซ-6-(3-เมธิลอะมิโนโพรพิล)-1,2,3,6-เตตระไฮโดร-4-(ไธโอฟีน-3-อิล)-พิรโรโล[3,4-c]- คาร์บาโซล
