เฟนิลไซโคลนซิกคาร์บอกซามี ด ซึ่งบางตัวเป็นที่รู้จักกันแล้วเหมาะสมเป็นสารประกอบออกฤทธิ์ในเวชภัณฑื โดยเฉพาะ สำหรับการบำบัดภาวะการหดแคบอีก (restenosis) สิทธิบัตรยา
Claims (2)
1. การใช้เฟนิลไซโคลนซิลคาร์บอนซามีดของสูตรทั่วไป (สูตรI) (สูตรทางเคมี) ที่ซึ่ง D แทนหมู่ -CH หรือไนโตรเจนอะตอม R2 แทนเฟนิล ไซโคลนอัลดิลที่มีคาร์บอน 3 ถึง 6 อะตอม หรืออัลคิลโซ่ตรงหรือโซ่กิ่งที่มีคาร์บอนได้ถึง 5 อะตอม R2 แทนอัลดอกซิคาร์บอนิลโซ๋ตรงหรือโซ่กิ่งที่มีคาร์บอนได้ ถึง 5 อะตอม หรือแทนแรดิคอลสูตร -CO-NHe หรือ -CH 2 - OH และเกลือของสารประกอบเหล่านั้น สำหรับการผลิตเวชภัณฑ์สำหรับการบำบัดรักษาภาวะการหดแคบอีก
2. การใช้เฟนิลไซโคลเฮกซิลคาร์บอกซามีดของสูตร (1) ตามข้อ ถือสิทธิ 1 ที่ซึ่ง D แทนหมู่ -Cแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
