Claims (2)
1. กระบวนการในการสังเคราะห์โพลีเปปไตต์ของพาราไธรอยด์ฮอร์โมน (PTH) หรือเปปไตต์เกี่ยวกับพาราไธรอยด์ฮอร์โมน (PTHrP) หรือเกลือโดยกากกรดอะมิโน (22-31) เลือกจาก(SEQ ID NO:85,86,26,27,28,29,30) เกิดเกลียวเอลฟ่า โดยกระบวนการจะ มี a) ส่วนย่อยเปปไตต์สารเริ่มสังเคราะห์อิสระ โดยแทคนิควัฎ ภาคของแข็งหรือสารละลาย b) กลั่นตัวส่วนย่อยด้วยกันเพื่อเกิดผลิตภัณฑ์โพลีเปปไตต์ ตามต้องการ c) แยกหมู่ป้องกันกรดอะมิโน
2. กระบวนการตามข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 โดยมี a) เปปไตต์เริ่มต้นสังเคราะห์อิสระส่วนย่อยของโพลีเปปไตต์ บนตัวรับเแท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
