1. กรรมวิธีในการสกัดโปรตีนและทำให้บริสุทธิ์โดยโปรตีนนี้แยกออกมาจากเซลของยีสต์ที่ผ่านการปรับปรุง โดยพันธุ วิศวกรรมให้ผลิตโปรตีนดังกล่าว การทำให้เซลของยีสต์แตกโดย ใช้นอนไอออนิคดีเทอร์เจนต์ กรรมวิธีดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยการ ปรับ pH ของส่วนของเหลวให้เป็น 6(+0.1) แล้วเติมโพลีเอธิ ลีนไกลคอล แข็งหรือเหลวลงไปจนส่วนของเหลวใส แล้วนำส่วนของ เหลวนี้มาทำปฏิกิริยากับโลหะแคทไอออนชนิดไบวาเลนท์ แล้วตาม ด้วยการทำอัลตราฟิล เตรชัน แล้วเติมแอมโมเนียม ซัลเฟตลงไปเพื่อแยกโปรตีนที่ ต้องการออก
