Claims

1. A bending tool comprising a pipe bending template, a clamping template which rotates with the pipe bending template while clamping the pipe, a pressure template which holds the pipe downward, and a metal rod which is inserted into the pipe to maintain the shape of the pipe bending region, wherein the metal rod is a circular metal rod rotatably supported on the end of the rod holder by an arc-shaped arm, and the dimensional shape of the arc-shaped arm is designed such that when the metal rod is inserted into the pipe before the bending process, by the center of rotation of the arc-shaped arm, the straight line connecting the center of rotation of the arc-shaped arm to the center of bending of the pipe bending template is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, and when the bending process is completed, the metal rod is positioned so that the straight line connecting the center of rotation of the arc-shaped arm to the center of bending of the pipe bending template is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe at the highest point of the pipe to be bent.

2. The bending apparatus of claim 1, wherein the spherical metal shaft is rotatably supported on the end of the shaft holder by an arc-shaped arm.

3. The bending apparatus of claim 1, comprising a mechanism which presses the pressure die and/or the clamping die against the bending area of the pipe in the axial direction during the bending.

4. The bending apparatus of claim 1, wherein the wrinkle removal template is provided in a position opposite the bending template.
