This mixture consists of: a) a plasticizer mixture of a char-flame-forming component and an oxygen sequestrating agent, where the char-flame-forming component is the dominant component; and b) a nucleating agent for dispersing the resulting flame-retardant product. c) Fire dissociation of the interlayer and heat-resistant bonding resin. 2. An insert under claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 where the amount of such mixture is between 38 and approximately 46 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of resin. 8. An insert under claim 7 where the mixture consists of 1) 80 to 90% by weight of plasticizer, 2) 2 to 8% by weight of nucleating agent, and 3) 2 to 2.6% by weight of heat-sensitive bonding resin. 9. An insert under claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 that includes two laminated glass sheets on each side of the insert. 10. The structure in claim 9. This includes a second insert layer superimposed on one side of the said glass sheet, which is not in contact with the insert layer in claim 9, and also includes a third glass sheet superimposed on one side of the said second insert layer. 11. The first layer is a polyvinyl butyral resin containing a mixture of compatible fillers dispersed in it, which is defined as having fire-resistant properties. Such mixture consists of: a. a plasticizer mixture of organic phosphate and organic phosphite components, where the organic phosphate is the main component; b. possible silica; c. a heat-sensitive bonding resin. 12. The insert layer in claim 11, where the organic phosphate is present. Selected from groups consisting of tri-butix ethyl phosphate, isodexyl diphenyl diphenyl phosphate and mixtures of such groups. 13. The insert in Reservation 11 where the bonding resin is silicone resin. 14. The insert in Reservation 11 where the organic phosphite is selectable from groups consisting of tri-isopropyl phosphite, tri-decyl phosphite, didecyl (aryl) phosphite and mixtures of such groups: 1) 80 to 90% by weight of plasticizer mixture, 2) 2 to 8% by weight of nucleating agent, and 3) 2 to 2.6% by weight of heat-sensitive bonding resin. 16. The insert in Reservation 15 where the phosphate ratio... 17. The organic to organic phosphite ratio is between 7:1 and 13:1. 17. The interlayer in claim 15 includes two glass plates superimposed on each side of that interlayer. 18. The structure in claim 17 includes a second interlayer superimposed on one side of such glass plate which is not in contact with the interlayer in claim 16, and also includes a third glass plate superimposed on one side of such second interlayer.
