The process for preparing the compound as defined in claim 5 is characterized by a) reacting an intermediate of the formula (II-A) where W1 is the appropriate ejection group with an amino derivative of the formula (III) which may be selective in a solvent under an inert atmosphere and possibly in an acidic environment (chemical formula) where O,R3,R4,R4'',R5,A,n'' and as defined in claim 5; b) React an intermediate with the formula (II-B), where W1 is a suitable leached group, to an amino derivative with the formula (VI). This reaction may be performed in a solvent under an inert atmosphere or under an acidic atmosphere (chemical formula). c) React the intermediate H-X1-R6 with an intermediate with the formula (II-C) in a suitable solvent, which may be chosen under an acidic or basic atmosphere; thus obtaining a compound with the formula (I''), where L is -X1-R6, which is represented by the formula (I''-C) (chemical formula). Alternatively, the compound with the formula (I'') can be transformed into other substances according to known transformations in the sciences and arts. Furthermore, the compound with the formula (I'') can be transformed into a non-toxic acidic salt that exhibits therapeutic activity by reacting with an acid, or into a non-toxic base salt that exhibits therapeutic activity by reacting with a base, or conversely, transform the acidic salt into a free base by reacting with an alkali, or transform the base salt... The base is converted to a free acid by reaction with an acid; and, if desired, the preparation of stereochemical isomers or N-oxides of the compounds as claimed in Claim 5 for medicinal use; the combination of compounds formulated (I) as defined in Claim 1 and other antiretroviral compounds; the combination of compounds formulated (I'') as defined in Claim 5 and other antiretroviral compounds; the combination as claimed in Claim 17 or 18 for medicinal use; a product containing (a) a compound formulated (I) as defined in Claim 1 and (b) other antiretroviral compounds as a combination preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in anti-HIV treatments; a product containing (a) a compound formulated (I) as defined in Claim 5, and (b) other antiretroviral compounds as a combination preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential use in anti-HIV treatments; a pharmaceutical product containing a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and an active ingredient. (a) Compounds with formula (I) as defined in Claim 1 and (b) other antiretroviral compounds; pharmaceutical products containing a pharmaceutically acceptable vector and an active ingredient; (a) Compounds with formula (I) as defined in Claim 5 and (b) other antiretroviral compounds; compounds with formula (II''-B) (chemical formula) where R3,R4,R4'',n'',A and L are as defined in Claim 5 and W1 is a halogen (Claim 24, 10 pages, Figure).
