A process for preparing a non-alcoholic beverage with the aroma of yeast, characterized by the addition of an aqueous liquid containing nutrients and/or flavorings—which may be prepared by mixing nutrients and/or flavorings with water—to yeast at temperatures below 0°C. This yeast is obtained from the fermentation process, from which the original fermentation liquid has been removed, and is left until the aroma and flavor of the various substances in the yeast have permeated from the yeast cells into the liquid, and the yeast has a reducing effect. 2. The process described in claim 1, which is characterized by a constant aqueous liquid used, is a liquid that can be used to infuse yeast to produce alcohol. (Alcoholic beverages) and types which may be prepared by diluting the concentrated starter with water. 3. The process as in Reputation 2 where the aqueous liquid is boiled beer, grape juice, or fruit juice. 4. The process as in Reputation 1 which is characterized by the aqueous liquid used being a liquid that cannot be fermented with yeast to produce alcohol, and types which may be prepared by diluting the concentrated starter with water. 5. The process as in Reputation 4 where the liquid is milk. 6. Any one of the processes in Reputations 1 through 5 which is characterized by the reduction of the concentration of the dry matter in the liquid by adding soft water to dilute the liquid before or after adding yeast. 7. The process as in Reputation 6 where the dilution is done by adding deoxygenated water. and/or sterilized. 8. The process as described in Reputation 6 or 7, where the dry matter content is reduced to a achievable value after fermentation of the liquid with yeast. 9. Any of the processes in Reputations 1 through 8, characterized by the reduction of the pH of the liquid before the yeast is added. 10. The process as described in Reputation 9, where the pH is reduced by adding dilute sulfuric acid or edible acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, or by using microbial acidification. 11. Any of the processes in Reputations 1 through 10, characterized by the addition of yeast directly to the liquid after it has been removed from the fermentation process. 12. The process as described in Reputation 11, where the yeast used is of the undiluted type. 13. The process as described in Reputation 1 for the preparation of non-alcoholic beer, characterized by the addition of boiled beer water. (But not fermented) Adjust the pH to 3 to 6, add it to the dry matter in an amount less than 30% by weight, and cool it to below 0°C. Then add the concentrated, undiluted yeast (from which all the original fermentation liquid has been removed) in an amount of 0.1 to 4 liters for every hectoliter of chilled brewing water, stirring occasionally or continuously, and maintaining a constant temperature. After soaking in the brewing water for a sufficient period, separate the yeast completely at the aforementioned temperature, leaving no residue in the finished product. 14. A process as described in claim 13 in which brewed beer is added to the dry matter in an amount of 6 to 12% by weight. 15. A process as described in claim 13 or 14, characterized by the brewed beer being pH adjusted to 4 and added to the dry matter in an amount of 6% by weight, then cooled to a temperature of -0.4 to 0.5°C. A concentrated, undiluted liquid yeast, from which the original weight of the fermented beer has been completely removed, is added at a rate of 1 liter for every hectoliter of chilled brewed beer, stirred periodically or continuously while maintaining a constant temperature. After soaking in the brewed beer for approximately 48 hours, the yeast is completely removed at the aforementioned temperature, leaving no residue in the product, which is non-alcoholic beer. 16. Any one of the processes described in claims 13 through 15, characterized by the brewed beer mixture... 17. The process described in claim 16, where saturation is achieved by either carbon dioxide diffusion or carbon dioxide bubble spraying under appropriate pressure. 18. Any one of the processes described in claims 13 through 17, characterized by the adjustment of pH and dry matter content in the boiled beer using dilute sulfuric acid, edible acid, or a lactic acid solution prepared by microbiological methods, after which oxygen has been removed and carbon dioxide has been saturated. 19. Any one of the processes described in claims 13 through 18, characterized by the stabilization of the beer by filtration through polyvinyl polypyrrolidone or silica gel, or by enzymatic hydrolysis of high molecular weight proteins, followed by bottling and pasteurization.
