Abstract
วิธีปรับสภาพผ้าในน้ำที่ไหลเข้าออกตลอดเวลาได้แก่ การเติมสิ่งที่มีสารปรับสภาพผ้าซึ่งมีขนาดมากกว่า 1 ซม. ลงในน้ำ สิ่งดังกล่าวนี้มีสารปรับสภาพอยู่ เช่น สารทำให้ผ้านุ่ม หรือสารป้องกันการเกาะติด และการช่วยหน่วงเหนี่ยวการปล่อย สารปรับสภาพ ซึ่งอาจใช้วิธีทางกายภาพหรือทางเคมี สิ่งดัง กล่าวอาจอยู่ในรูปของถุงบรรจุ (sachet) หรือเป็นก้อน (block) ที่เคลือบด้วยแอลกอฮอล์ที่อีธอกซีเลตแล้ว เพื่อ หน่วงเหนี่ยวการปล่อยสารปรับสภาพผ้า อาจมีสารอิเล็คโตรไลต์ อยู่ด้วย เพื่อทำให้การพร่กระจายของสารปรับสภาพเกิดได้ดี ขึ้น และอาจมีสารต้านการเกิดฟองอยู่ด้วย วิธีนี้ทำให้ผ้า ที่ซักน้ำดีด้วยน้ำที่ไหลตลอดเวลาถูกปรับสภาพได้โดยมีการ สูญ เสียสารปรับสภาพให้น้อยที่สุด
Claims (2)
1.วิธีปรับสภาพผ้า (method of conditioning fabrics)ประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้ (1) การบรรจุผ้าลงในถังซักน้ำดี (rinsing tub) และ (2) การปล่อยน้ำดีให้เข้าสู่และออกจากถังตลอดเวลา เพื่อ ให้สัมผัสผ้าโดยมีสารปรับสภาพผ้าอยู่ด้วย สิ่งที่มีสารปรับ สภาพผ้ามีขนาดของด้านหนึ่งอย่างน้อยเป็น 1.0 ซม. และมีสาร ปรับสภาพและสารช่วยหน่วงเหนี่ยวการปล่อยสารปรับสภาพและสาร ช่วยหน่วงเหนี่ยวการปล่อยสารปรับสภาพในน้ำ
