Claims

1. The machine for peeling garlic cloves consists of two circular plates. The first plate is a smooth, machined circular steel plate fixed on a steel base tilted at approximately 10 degrees from the vertical. It is secured with a circular wooden frame and screws, with small holes drilled in the top. A soft rubber ring is cut into approximately one-third of its diameter, with alternating deep parallel grooves. The second plate is a smooth, machined circular steel plate welded to the head of a rotating shaft. It is secured with a circular wooden frame and screws. A soft rubber ring is also cut into alternating deep parallel grooves on this plate.

2. A machine for separating garlic cloves as specified in claim 1, having a first, fixed circular plate that can be adjusted to be further or closer to a second circular plate by a control lever located on top.
