DC60 (25/03/45) The shoe according to this invention, especially an athletic shoe, shall consist of a sole (3) of synthetic material made from a mold, in which an internal stiffening medium (4) shall be supplied. The stiffening medium shall consist of at least one inserted material (4) of a thread-like or elongated and thin form, however, which determines a number of central flexions (4A). The central flexion (4A) shall be determined by the evolution of the inserted material (4). Two or more stretches (4B, 4D) shall extend to at least one adjacent region of the sole (3). The adjacent stretches (4B, 4D) shall extend either rigidly in the transverse direction or in the longitudinal direction relative to the sole (3), depending on the form of the stiffening material required for the previously described region (Figure 6). The shoe according to this invention, especially an athletic shoe, shall consist of a sole (3) of synthetic material made from a mold, in which an internal stiffening medium (4) shall be supplied. It will consist of a (3) synthetic insole made from a mold, in which an internal stiffening medium (4) will be supplied. The stiffening medium consists of at least one insert material (4) which is either in a thread-like form or in a long, thin, elongated form, however, which determines the number of central flexes (4A). The central flexes (4A) are determined by the evolution of the insert material (4). Two or more stretches (4B, 4D) will extend to at least one adjacent area of the insole (3). The adjacent stretches (4B, 4D) will extend either tightly in the transverse direction or in the longitudinal direction relative to the insole (3), depending on the form of the stiffening material required for the aforementioned area (Figure 6).

Claims (17)

1. Footwear, especially athletic shoes, which contains a sole (3;30) of molded synthetic material (3;30), such sole (3;30) with an internal stiffening medium (4,5) exhibits a characteristic in which the stiffening medium (4,5) is made up of at least one first insert material (4) or of any elongated, thin form with multiple central flexions (4A). The central flexions (4A) establish two or more adjacent stretches (4B,4D) based on the evolution of the first insert material (4). The stretches (4B) extend to at least one area of the sole (3;30) either tightly in the longitudinal direction or tightly in the transverse direction relative to the sole, depending on the form of stiffening material required for that area. 2. The shoe, according to claim 1, is characterized in which the first inserted material referred to (4) shall consist of at least one section (M) in which the referred stretching is placed adjacent to (4B) shall extend mostly toward the center of the referred sole (3;30) in the longitudinal direction relative to the said sole. 3. The shoe, according to claim 2, is characterized in which the first inserted material (4) shall consist of at least two sections (A, P) that extend at least one point between the anterior and posterior regions of the sole referred to (3; 30). The stretch shall be positioned adjacent (4D) to the two sections referred to (A, P) that extend firmly in the transverse direction relative to the sole. 4. The shoe, according to claim 1, is characterized by a stiffening medium (4, 5) consisting of at least a second insert material (5) of a thread-like or elongated form, which is separated from the first insert material mentioned (4) and positioned in different areas of the sole (3;30). 5. The footwear, according to claim 1, is characterized by the second insert material mentioned (5) having several mid-sectional bends (4A) between which the points are defined by the evolution of the second insert material mentioned (5), two or more rigid stretches arranged side by side (4D). 6. The shoe, according to claim 5, exhibits a characteristic in which the adjacent (4D) stretch of the second inserted material mentioned (5) extends densely in the transverse direction relative to the longitudinal evolution of the said sole (3; 30). 7. Footwear, as at least one of the presented claims demonstrates a characteristic in which the first insert material referred to (4) and/or the second insert material referred to (5) evolve in a closed manner, i.e., without an end. 8. The shoes, as at least one of the claims 1 through 6 in the second instance, show a characteristic in which the first insert material mentioned (4) and/or the second insert material mentioned (5) will have a bend in the cord (4C) in the relative section of the relevant end. 9. The shoe, as at least one of the claims shown, is characterized in which at least part of the aforementioned flex (4A, 4C) is fitted in the relative part of the fastening stud (3A, 3B) which connects or interlocks with such sole (3; 30). 10. Footwear. As at least one of the claims presented indicates, the first insert material referred to (4) and/or the second insert material referred to (5) are made of metallic wire,1 specifically steel. 11. The shoe, as at least one of the claims presented, shall be characterized in which the sole referred to (3;30) is the midsole. 12. The shoe, as at least one of the claims presented, shall exhibit a characteristic in which the sole referred to (3;30) is the midsole. 13. The method of manufacturing shoes, especially athletic shoes, of a form in which the sole (3;30) is related to the upper (1), a synthetic sole made from a mold and connected to the stiffening medium inside the shoe (4, 5), shows that, instead of obtaining the sole described (3;30), the process involves: - forming at least one first piece of material (4) of a thread-like or long, thin and thin form; however, the first piece of material (4) has several central bends (4A) between which, according to the evolution of the first piece of material (4), two or more rigid stretches are placed side by side (4B,4D); - inserting such first piece of material (4) into the mold designed to form the sole (3;30) in a way that the adjacent stretches (4B, 4D) are positioned where required to create rigidity. The rise of the outsole (3; 30) obtained, the aforementioned stretches placed adjacent (4B, 4D) are positioned densely in the longitudinal or transverse directions relative to the outsole (3; 30), depending on the material pattern that produces the required stiffness for that area - hot injection of the aforementioned synthetic material inside the aforementioned mold. 14. The method according to claim 13 shows the manner in which the first thread-like material mentioned (4) is arranged such that there are a number of sections (A, M, P) in which each section is prepared to be positioned in the corresponding sections of the mentioned mold, instead of causing the relative rigidity of the resulting sole (3; 30). 15. The method according to claim 13 shows a characteristic in which the construct is provided by at least one second material (5) of a thread-like form or of a long, thin and slender form, however, which has several central bends (4A) between which the central bends (4A) are defined, according to the evolution of the second material mentioned (5), two or more stretches are provided side by side. 16. The method according to claim 15 shows the manner in which the second material referred to (5) is inserted into the mold referred to, such that the relative stretching arranged adjacent to it (4D) is firmly extended in the transverse direction relative to the direction of spreading of the relative stretching arranged adjacent to it (4B) of the second material referred to (4). 17. The method under claim 13 shows the manner in which the first material (4) is positioned within the mold described in such a way that at least part of the bend described (4A) is related to the fasteners (3A; 3B) of the sole (3; 30) derived above, as described in detail including illustrations and for this specific purpose.
