Claims (42)

1. The method of preparing security arrangements for transportation includes passenger images and the preparation of specially secured boarding passes and passage rights for the passengers in question. These passes include images of the passengers in question. 2. The method of preparing security for transport under Claim 1 and comprising at least one of the functions of security check at the point of departure, entry check at the point of departure, passport control at the point of departure, passenger gate function for boarding the aircraft, transport vehicle entry check, passport control upon arrival, and baggage certification function upon arrival, and in the image mentioned, is used in part according to at least one of the functions mentioned. 3. The methods of preparing transportation security as per Claim 1 and as described in the image are applied in conjunction with the following functions: security check at departure point, arrival check at departure point, passport control at departure point, passenger boarding gate function, transport vehicle entry check function, passport control upon arrival function, and baggage certification upon arrival function. 4. The methods of preparing transport security as per Claim 1 and as described in the image are applied in conjunction with the following functions: security check at departure point, entry check at departure point, passport control at departure point, passenger boarding gate function, transport vehicle entry check function, and passport control upon arrival function. 5. The methods of preparing transport security as per Claim 1 and as described in the image are applied in conjunction with the following functions: security check at departure point function, entry check at departure point function, passport control at departure point function, passenger boarding gate function, and transport vehicle entry check function. 6. The method of preparing security for transport under Claim 1 and comprising at least one of the functions of security check at the point of departure, entry check at the point of departure, passport control at the point of departure, gate function for passengers to board the aircraft, entry check of transport vehicles, passport control upon arrival, and baggage certification function upon arrival, and in the boarding pass containing the special security of the passenger and passage rights mentioned, is used in accordance with at least one of the functions mentioned. 7. The methods of preparing security arrangements for transport under Claim 1 and in the Passenger Security Special Passenger Ticket and Passenger Transit Permission mentioned are applied in accordance with the following functions: Security check function at departure point; Entry check function at departure point; Passport control function at departure point; Passenger gate function for boarding; Vehicle entry check function; Passport control function upon arrival; and Baggage certification function upon arrival. 8. The method of preparing for security in transport under Claim 1 includes the use of automated recognition equipment to compare the stored image of the said passenger with the current image of the said passenger. 9. The method of preparing for security in transport pursuant to Claim 2 and consists of the use of automatic auxiliary recognition for comparing the stored image of the said passenger with the current image of the said passenger at least one of the functions mentioned. 10. The method of preparing for security in transport pursuant to claim 3 and includes the use of an automated recognition device to compare the stored image of the said passenger with the current image of the said passenger using at least one of the functions mentioned. 11. Methods of preparing security arrangements in transport that include at least one of the following functions: security check at the point of departure, entry check at the point of departure, passport control at the point of departure, gate function for passengers boarding the aircraft, vehicle entry check, passport control upon arrival, and baggage certification function upon arrival; at least one of the passenger images used for the various functions mentioned; and boarding passes with special security measures for the passenger and passage rights that include the passenger image. 12. The system under claim 11 and its integrated communications, which include at least passenger image data on a communication network between at least two points of the functions mentioned. 13. The baggage security preparation method consists of using passenger images for each piece of luggage and attaching a security-assigned luggage tag with the passenger's privilege and passage rights to each piece of luggage. This luggage tag includes the image of the passenger. 14. The method of preparing for security in transit pursuant to claim 13 and comprising at least one of the incoming baggage inspection functions at entry and the incoming baggage authentication function and in the image mentioned is used according to the least amount of one of the aforementioned functions. 15. The baggage security preparation methods as per claim 13 and as depicted in the image are applied in accordance with the following functions: the incoming baggage inspection function at the entrance and the incoming baggage authentication function. 16. The method of preparing baggage security pursuant to claim 13 and which comprises at least one part of the incoming baggage inspection function at the entrance and the incoming baggage authentication function and in which the baggage claim strips with special security for passengers and passage rights are used in accordance with at least one part of the various functions mentioned. 17. The methods of preparing baggage security in accordance with claim 13 and that in the baggage tag with special security for passengers and the aforementioned passage rights are used according to other parts of the functions as follows: the incoming baggage inspection function and the incoming baggage authentication function. 18. The transportation security system comprises passenger image processing machines and ticketing machines that provide highly secure passenger tickets and transit privileges. These tickets include the aforementioned passenger images. 19. The transport security system pursuant to claim 18 and its incorporation, which includes at least one of the following functions: a security check function at the point of departure; a check-in security function at the point of departure; a passport control function at the point of departure; a passenger boarding gate function; a vehicle entry security function; a passport control function upon arrival; and a baggage certification function upon arrival, and which in the aforementioned image is used in part according to at least one of the aforementioned functions. 20. The transport security system as per claim 18 and as depicted in the image is used in conjunction with other functions as follows: security check function at departure point; entry check function at departure point; passport control function at departure point; passenger boarding gate function; transport vehicle entry check function; passport control function upon arrival; and baggage certification function upon arrival. 21. The transport security system as per claim 18 and as depicted in the image is used in conjunction with other functions as follows: security check function at departure point; arrival check function at departure point; passport control function at departure point; passenger boarding gate function; transport vehicle entry check function; passport control function upon arrival; and baggage certification function upon arrival. 22. The transport security system as per claim 18 and as depicted in the image is used in conjunction with other functions as follows: security check function at the point of departure; entry check function at the point of departure; passport control function at the point of departure; passenger boarding gate function; and vehicle entry check function. 23. The transport security system under claim 18 comprises at least one of the following: a security check function at the point of departure; a check function for arrivals at the point of departure; a passport control function at the point of departure; a gate function for passengers to board the aircraft; a function for checking the entry of transport vehicles; a passport control function upon arrival; and a baggage certification function upon arrival, and in the passenger's extra-secure boarding pass, and the aforementioned access rights are used according to at least one of the aforementioned functions. 24. The transport security system pursuant to claim 18 and in the passenger ticket, which provides enhanced passenger security and accessibility, is implemented in accordance with at least one of the following functions: security check at departure point function; arrival check at departure point function; passport control at departure point function; passenger boarding gate function; transport vehicle entry check function; passport control upon arrival function; and baggage certification upon arrival function. 25. The transportation security system pursuant to claim 18 includes a subsystem for automatic auxiliary device recognition for comparing stored images of the aforementioned passenger with the current image of the aforementioned passenger. 26. The transportation security system pursuant to claim 19 comprises a subsystem of automatic auxiliary device recognition for comparing stored images of the aforementioned passenger with the current image of the aforementioned passenger at the minimum point of the various functions mentioned. 27. The transportation security system as per claim 20 comprises a subsystem of automatic auxiliary device recognition for comparing stored images of the aforementioned passenger with the current image of the aforementioned passenger at the minimum point of the various functions mentioned. 28. A transportation security system comprises at least one of the following: a security check function at the point of departure; a check function at the point of departure; a passport control function at the point of departure; a gate function for passengers boarding aircraft; a function for checking the entry of transport vehicles; special security for passengers and passage privileges, including passenger imaging. 29. The system under claim 28, which comprises a communications network that operates in relation to the communication of at least one passenger image data between at least two points of the functions mentioned. 30. The baggage security system consists of a passenger image generator and a baggage access tag generator, which provides specially secure baggage access tags for passengers and grants them passage privileges. These baggage access tags include the aforementioned passenger image. 31. The baggage security system as per claim 30 comprises at least one of the baggage inbound inspection functions at the point of departure, the baggage arrival certification function, and, as depicted in the image, is used to the least extent of the various functions mentioned. 32. The baggage security system as per claim 30 and as depicted in the image is used in conjunction with other functions as follows: baggage inspection function at the point of departure; baggage arrival certification function. 33. The baggage security system under claim 30 shall include at least one function: an incoming inspection function at the point of departure, a baggage arrival certification function, and, in the baggage claim strip, the passenger's special security and passage rights as mentioned. 34. The baggage security system under claim 30 and in the attached baggage claim section, which includes special security for passengers and the aforementioned passage rights, is used in conjunction with other functions as follows: the inbound inspection function at the point of departure, and the baggage arrival certification function. 35. Travel tickets with enhanced security features for passengers and passage privileges, including passenger images. 36. Security-protected travel tickets as per claim 35, and which are printed using security ink. 37. Luggage tags with enhanced security and passage privileges for passengers, including passenger image. 38. The luggage claim strip is secured in accordance with claim 37, and the luggage claim strip is printed with security ink. 39. The transport security system, as per claim 18 and as stated on the traveler's ticket, is printed using security ink. 40. The methods of securing the transport prepared under claim 1 and as stated on the boarding pass are printed using security ink. 41. The baggage security system as per claim 30 and as stated on the baggage claim label is printed using security ink. 42. The methods of securing luggage provided in accordance with Clause 13 and on the luggage claim strip mentioned are printed using security ink.
