Pursuant to claim 1, the use of N-piperidino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-methylpirazole-3-carboxamid, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or sulvate of the substance, in combination with another active drug which is used to aid in smoking cessation and/or to treat nicotine addiction and/or to treat nicotine withdrawal.

The N-piperidino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-methylpirazole-3-carboxamid, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or sulvate, and the active ingredient are contained in separate portions and in identical or different packaging and are intended to be administered concurrently, separately, or consecutively.
