Claims (12)

1. A disposable toothbrush consisting of a handle with a molded toothpick at one end and a brush head attached to the other end of the handle. The brush head has a group of bristles which contain a number of bristles and retain a capsule within the bristles. This capsule contains a gel containing an oral care solution. 2. Disposable toothbrushes, as claimed in claim 1, where toothpicks are formed from elastomer material. 3. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, where the handle is formed by its assembly with the brush head. 4. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, in which the bristle assembly includes a receptacle for receiving and maintaining the gel capsule within the receptacle. 5. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 4, where the bristles are formed from an elastomer material. 6. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 5, whereby the socket shall contain openings provided in the socket to prevent air from being trapped inside the socket when the gel capsule is inserted into the socket. 7. Disposable toothbrushes as claimed in claim 6, where the cushion holder is provided to have cushioning effect for the gel capsules to prevent the gel capsules from breaking before use. 8. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, in which the gel capsule shall consist of a gel capsule containing a thin-walled, rupturable liquid which breaks when rubbed against the tooth or dissolves when mixed with saliva. 9. Disposable toothbrushes as claimed in claim 1, in which the gel capsules and the oral care solution contained within the gel capsules are edible. 10. A disposable toothbrush, as claimed in claim 4, where the gel capsule is spherical and the socket is sized and shaped to conform to the shape of the gel capsule. 11. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, in which the capsule is positioned in the center of the bristle cluster. 12. A disposable toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, in which the bristles are sized to cover at least one tooth.
