DC60 (13/05/48) The disposable wearable consists of a fluid-impermeable framework. The first plate absorbs body fluids throughout the groin and posterior lumbar regions of the framework, and the second plate absorbs body fluids extending throughout the anterior lumbar region and groin area of the framework. The second plate has a front section connected to the anterior lumbar region, its end is mounted above the groin area, and its opposite transverse edge connects to the opposite transverse side of the framework. The end leaves a gap upwards from the framework, thus creating an opening from the groin to the posterior lumbar region, formed between the framework and the end of the second plate. And thus, a depression is formed, opening from the crotch area to the lower back, created between the outline and the end of the second section of the plate.

Claims (12)

1. The disposable garment has longitudinal and transverse directions and consists of a fluid-impermeable framework with a matte surface in the anterior waist area, posterior waist area, and a crotch area that expands between the anterior and posterior waist areas. The anterior and posterior ends expand across the aforementioned anterior and posterior waist areas in the transverse direction, and the opposite lateral sides expand in the longitudinal direction between the anterior and posterior ends. The first sheet absorbs body fluid and has anterior, posterior, and opposite edges. It is attached to the inner surface of the framework to expand across the posterior waist and crotch areas of the framework. This first sheet is attached at least along its anterior and posterior sections to the framework, while the second sheet is attached at least along its adjacent side to the anterior end of the anterior waist area of the framework. Its ends expand across the crotch area of the framework, and its opposite edges expand along the opposite lateral sides of the framework. The ends of the second sheet are separated from the framework and are curved. Proceed upwards at an angle aligned with the specified framework, along the area adjacent to the aforementioned section, to create an opening between the framework and the end, extending from the crotch area to the posterior waist area. 2. Wearable items defined by Representation 1 where the anterior portion of such first plate extends to at least the general posterior half of the crotch area, and at the same time the distal end of such second plate extends to the general posterior half of the crotch area, thus such anterior portion of such first plate lies beneath such distal end of such second plate and extends into the crotch area. 3. Wearables defined by Requisition 1 where such basin is provided with an expanding space in such transverse direction, such space has its transverse opposite ends connected to at least one of the transverse opposite lateral sections of such framework, and the transverse opposite lateral section of the end of such second section and the central boundary between such transverse opposite ends and the transverse opposite lateral section of such end are curved so that such space is facing inward as viewed in such transverse direction of such framework. 4. Wearables defined by claim 3 where such void can be stretched elastically in the transverse direction and can contract to conform to the said void, so that the opposite transverse lateral side of such end is pulled inward as shown in the diagram in the transverse direction of the said structure under contraction force such void. 5. Fittings defined by Requisition 1: Where such fittings also consist of a pair of impermeable membranes, each mounted on the side sections of the said structure, respectively, and extended in the said longitudinal direction; where such membranes each have adjacent side sections extended in the said longitudinal direction, respectively, along such side sections of the said structure, the ends extend parallel to the side edges of the adjacent side sections in the said longitudinal direction and are divided into two parts, normally raised above the said structure, and the opposite longitudinal ends are mounted on the such front and rear ends and folded down in the said transverse direction of the said structure; and where the first and second membranes are mounted between such side sections, connected to the ends of such impermeable membranes. 6. Wearables defined by claim paragraph 5 where the ends of such sealing pads have elastic edges that can be stretched to expand in the longitudinal direction and then contracted to fit the end of the pad; a second such pad has an opposite transverse lateral section connected to the end of the sealing pad below the said edge, and the end of the middle section of such end is installed above the said edge. 7. Wearables defined by claim paragraph 1 where a pair of folds, separated by a specified size in such transverse direction, are formed between such transverse opposing sides and such center of such ends of such second section of the sheet. 8. Wearable items defined by claim 7 where such end of the second sheet has an opposite transverse side connected to such end of the sealing sheet in the vicinity of such fold line. 9. Wearable items as defined by claim 7 where such fold extends from the end to the opposite transverse edge of the second section of the sheet. 10. Wearable items limited by claim 7 where the second section of the plate is rigid along the said fold line lower than at the end of the second section of the plate, except for the said fold line. 11. Wearable items defined by claim 7 where the second section of the plate is stiffer along the fold line than at the ends of the second section of the plate, except for the fold line. 12. Wearable item defined by claim 1 where the first sheet consists of a fluid-permeable first sheet and a fluid-absorbing first core beneath the first sheet, and the second sheet consists of a fluid-permeable second sheet and a fluid-absorbing second core enclosed by the second sheet.
