Abstract

DC60 (29/10/47) Hinge assembly kit for swing windows or doors. When the hinge installation is complete, this kit includes a frame designed to hold the hinge mechanism inside, consisting of the frame (1), frame reinforcement (2). On the side of the frame (1) where the hinge (3) is to be attached, a groove must be made to insert the hinge structure (3) in the prepared position. Then assemble the finished frame, insert the screw sleeve (4) into the prepared groove of the frame (1), and insert the hinge (3) into the prepared groove of the frame (1) as well. Secure the hinge (3) to the frame (1) with screws. Release until it penetrates the window or door reinforcement (2). Then install the window or door sash (6) with the window or door reinforcement (7) inserted into the frame (1) using hinges (3) placed on the groove of the window or door sash (6) and secure the hinges (3) to the window or door sash (6) with self-tapping screws. After installation, use a waterproof rubber (8) to assemble into the frame (1) and install the frame trim into the wall. The size of the frame trim used will depend on the thickness of the wall, whether it is thick or thin, for a neat, beautiful installation. On the side of the frame (1) where the hinge (3) is to be attached, a groove must be made to insert the hinge structure (3) in the prepared position. Then assemble the finished frame and insert the screw sleeve (4) into the prepared groove of the frame (1), and insert the hinge (3) into the prepared groove of the frame (1). Secure the hinge (3) to the frame (1) with self-tapping screws until they penetrate the frame reinforcement (2). Then install the window or door (6), which has the window or door reinforcement (7) inserted into the frame (1), using the hinge (3) placed on the groove of the window or door (6), and secure the hinge (3) to the window or door (6) with self-tapping screws. 2.
