Abstract

The DC60 automatic rice vending machine, as invented here, is a design that develops upon industrial-scale material measuring machines. This machine is adapted for use in communities to automatically dispense rice. Customers simply insert money, and the machine dispenses rice immediately. This benefits farmers by enabling direct sales and provides consumers with an alternative purchase option for rice, a staple food, instead of relying solely on pre-packaged rice. The automatic rice vending machine thus saves people significant money and promotes the more efficient use of material measuring machines, moving beyond their industrial packaging applications. This allows people to save a significant amount of money and encourages the greater use of measuring instruments, rather than being confined to packaging materials within industrial factories.

1. The automatic rice vending machine has the following shape and form: - Rice storage container (1) with 10 to 20 boxes per machine. It is a rectangular box with a sloping bottom and an opening at the sloping end for the rice to exit, with a control valve (4) to control the opening and closing. - Material dispensing device (2) which is a container with a valve on top (6) to control the flow of rice from the rice storage container (1) located at the top, to maintain a constant flow rate and dispense rice in varying amounts as determined by the control circuit (12). - Electronic circuit (3) which is an electronic device composed of parts, namely the control circuit (12) that receives electrical signals from the money receiving part (9) and the switch panel (10) located on the front of the automatic rice vending machine. The control circuit (12) then converts the received electrical signals into control signals and sends them to the next part, namely the display circuit (11), to display the amount of money on the dial and when the rice has been dispensed. It will then reset the initial value to zero. In addition, it sends the shut-off valve (4) located at the bottom of the rice container (1) and the shut-off valve contained within the material measuring device (2) to dispense the rice from the material measuring device (2) in the preset amount according to the amount of money received. 2. The automatic rice dispenser according to item 1, which is fitted with a rice storage container (1), is designed to slide the container in and out for convenience in replacing the empty container with a container full of rice, and has a shut-off valve that is controlled to automatically dispense rice by a control circuit (12). 3. The automatic rice vending machine described in point 1 can be used to vend other materials that are easily flowing and similar in shape to rice, such as mung beans, tapioca pearls, sugar, etc., excluding liquids. 4. The automatic rice vending machine according to item 1, which is part of the control circuit (12) and the material measuring machine (2), can determine the amount of rice to be dispensed according to the changing market price. 5. The automatic rice vending machine according to item 1, which is part of the control circuit (12), is designed with a circuit using a digital logic type electronic device. It can develop a variety of control circuit designs (12) that are not repetitive.
