Abstract

(I) chemical formula, where X is oxygen-sulfur, W is CH₃ or N,m is 0 or 1, and satisfies one of the following cases: a) n is 1 or Q is a non-aromatic heterocyclic ring of 3 to 10 atoms of which one to three hetero atoms of choice from oxygen, sulfur, and nitrogen may be substituted and may be attached to other rings provided that a) if Q is thiazole-2-in-2-il, this group is of the substituted type but not methylene, and b) Q is not a six-atom ring of which only two nitrogen atoms are present, or b) n is 0 or 1, and (I) chemical formula, where R1 is an alkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio and R2 is a non-aromatic heterocyclic cycloalkyl which may be chosen as a substituted type or an alkyl that A substituted type containing at least 5 carbon atoms may be selected. This could be a phenyl substituted with one or more selectable halogen groups; an alkyl substituted type; an alkoxy, haloalkoxy, arylloxy, alkylthio, and alkoxycarbonyl; and where R1 is an alkyl or alkoxy, or where W is nitrogen, R2 may be an unsubstituted phenyl as the active ingredient, particularly in its antifungal activity.

Claims (6)

1. A substance with chemical formula I (I), where X is oxygen or sulfur, W is CH or N, m is 0 or 1, n is 0 or 1, and Q is R2-N=C (chemical formula), where R1 is an alkyl, alkoxy, or alkylthio, and R2 is a heteroaryl, heterocyclyl, non-aromatic cycloalkyl, or alkyl that may be selected as the substituted type with at least 5 carbon atoms, phenyl substituted by one or more selectable substituents from halogens, alkyl that may be selected as the substituted type, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, aryl, loxyalkylthio, and alkoxycarbonyl, and in the case where R1 is an alkyl or alkoxy, or in the case where W is nitrogen, R2 may also be an irreplaceable phenyl, and salts obtained by adding acid to any basic substance, and salts obtained by adding base to any acidic substance. 2. The substance as defined in Claim 1, where R1 is methylthio or methyl. 3. The substance as defined in claim 1 or 2, where n is 1, m is 0, and X is S. 4. Agricultural mixtures containing any one of the substances held under Patent 1, 2, or 3 in the form of a mixture, a diluent, or a carrier that is usable in agriculture. 5. Methods of combating the enemy in areas where there is an outbreak or potential outbreak of the pathogen, which include the application of any one of the protected substances in claims 1, 2, or 3 to that area. 6. Substances as defined in Claim 1, or agricultural mixtures containing these substances, or processes involving these substances as described above herein, referencing examples (Claim 6, 2 pages, - image).
