Claims (21)

The assembled hinged lid container shall consist of (a) the fuselage section, including the forward wall, lower skin, rear wall, inner side wall, and outer side wall; and (b) the lid section, including the rear wall, which is hinged separately from the rear wall of the fuselage section, the forward wall, the upper wall, the inner side wall, and the outer side wall; (i) the upper wall shall have a stationary section and a detachable upper section; and (ii) a movable wing section, which can be opened and closed and is positioned beneath the detachable upper section. The movable lid section moves around a hinge constructed by a gripping line between the movable wing section and the inner side wall of the lid section, in order to open and close the container after the detachable upper section has been released from the container.

Each top section shall be positioned on opposite sides of the packing box and separated by perforations. The detachable fabric shall be detached by tearing it along the perforations between the detachable section and (i) the front wall of the lid section, (ii) the fixed lid section, and (iii) the rear wall of the lid.

(a) The top wall shall have (i) a detachable upper section and (ii) a movable wing positioned beneath the detachable upper section and moving around a hinge made by a grip line between the movable wing and one of the inner walls of the lid section. (b) The lid section shall be perforated between the detachable section and (i) the front wall of the lid section, (ii) the stationary section of the top wall, and (iii) the rear wall of the lid section.
