(I) This invention relates specifically to novel thienopyrimidine dione derivatives as TRPA (receptor potential subfamily A, non-expressing) regulators, the compounds described herein are useful for the treatment or prevention of, conditions and/or disorders regulated by TRPA1 (receptor potential subfamily A, member 1) is also provided herein. Methods for preparing the compounds described herein, intermediates used in their synthesis, pharmaceutical compositions of these, and methods for treating or preventing diseases, conditions, and/or disorders regulated by TRPA1 (chemical formula).
