สารประกอบสำหรับรักษาโรคหลอดลมบีเกร็งชนิดใหม่ที่มีสูตร(สูตรเคมี) และเกลือต่าง ๆที่ยอมรับทางเภสัชกรรมของสารนั้น, นั้น r1 และ r2 เป็นชนิดเดียวกันหรือแตกต่าง กันและแต่ละหมุ่คือ u ,cu, oce3, oc2h5, เฮโดเจน หรือ r1 และr2 รวมเข้าด้วย กันเกิดเป็นเช่น-c-ch2-c หรือ -c-cfz-0-, r3คือhหรือch3; r5 คือ y หรือ-cc-r,;r6 คือ h , oh , och3 , oc2h5 หรือเฮดลเจน; r7 คือหมุ่แอลคิลชนิดตรงหรือมีกิ่งแยกที่มี คาร์บอน 1-16 อะคอม, แอริล, -nh-ch3 หรือ n(ch3)2 และการใช้สารประกอบเหล่านี้และกรรมวิธีสำหรับการเตรียมสารเหล่า นี้ด้วยเช่นกัน
