Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับกรรมวิธีการผลิตผงสีธรรมชาติเฉดสีส้มและผงสีที่ได้จากกรรมวิธีนี้ซึ่งมีขั้นตอน คือขั้นตอนการเตรียมสารละลายสีย้อมธรรมชาติสีเหลืองและสีแดงโดยละลายเกลือโลหะ(MetalSalt)ในน้ำที่ให้ ความร้อนกวนจนละลายจากนั้นเติมวัตถุดิบธรรมชาติโดยสีเหลืองได้จากเปลือกมะพูดหรือใบมะม่วงสีแดงได้ จากแก่นฝางหรือครั่งเพื่อให้สีย้อมธรรมชาติสีเหลืองและสีแดงละลายออกมากรองเอาส่วนน้ำขั้นตอนการทำเฉด สีส้มคือผสมสารละลายสีย้อมธรรมชาติสีเหลืองและสีแดงกวนให้เข้ากันจะได้สารละลายเฉดสีส้มขั้นตอนการ ตกตะกอนผงสีธรรมชาติโดยการเติมสารรองรับ(Solidsubstratematerials)ลงไปในสารละลายเฉดสีส้ม เพื่อให้เกิดการตกตะกอนโดยควบคุมpHให้อยู่ในช่วงที่เหมาะสมกรองตะกอนสีส้มที่ได้จากนั้นทำให้ตะกอนแห้ง และบดตะกอนให้มีขนาดเล็กจะได้ผงสีธรรมชาติเฉดสีส้มที่มีองค์ประกอบของสีย้อมธรรมชาติสีเหลืองจากเปลือก มะพูดหรือใบมะม่วงสีแดงจากแก่นฝางหรือครั่งและสารรองรับ(Solidsubstratematerials)ที่มีความเข้มของ สีสูง(Strength)เพิ่มคุณสมบัติปกปิดพื้นผิวได้ดี(Hidingpower)มีความเสถียร(Stable)เพิ่มค่าการดูดกลืน น้ำมัน(OilAbsorption)มีเฉดสีที่หลากหลายขนาดอนุภาคเล็กและง่ายต่อการใช้ในงานหรือประยุกต์ใช้กับ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ต้องใช้ผงสีอื่นๆอีกทั้งยังมีความปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้งานและไม่มีผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

1. วิธีการสำหรับการเพิ่มการยึดติดระหว่างซับเทรทและสิ่งเคลือบที่ประกอบรวมด้วยการ เปิดเผยซับเทรทออกสู่การฉายรังสีแบบแอคทินนิคก่อนการใช้สิ่งเคลือบ
2. วิธีการของข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ที่ซึ่งการฉายรังสีแบบแอคทินนิคเป็นการฉายรังสี UV
3. วิธีการของข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 1 ที่ซึ่งการเปิดเผยจะมีค่าเป็น 1 ถึง 5 จูล/ตางรางเซนตินเมตรที่การฉาย รังสี 50 มิลลิวัตต์/ตารางเซนติเมตรถึง 2 มิลลิวัตต์/ตารางเซนติเมตร
4. วิธีการของข้อถือสิทธิข้อ 3 ที่ซึ่งการเปิดเผยจะมีค่าเป็น 3 จูล/ตารางเซนติเมตรที่การฉายรังสี 20
