It uses a conductive material to transfer cooler temperatures from under the roof to the interior of the room, thus cooling the air inside. This cooling is achieved through an electric water pump that pumps water through pipes into a drip irrigation system. Water drips onto two large dust filters located at the roof gables. A fan blows the air from under the roof out, creating a suction effect that draws air up against the two filters. This causes water to evaporate, requiring some heat to be used. Therefore, the air under the roof cools down, resulting in the Cool Ceiling Roof system transferring heat and thus cooling the room. This creates a suction force on the two dust filters, resulting in water evaporation. This evaporation process uses a certain amount of heat, thus cooling the air under the roof. The cooled ceiling then transfers heat, further cooling the air in the room.
