Claims (4)
1. สายพันธุ์ A20 และ A29 ของ Bacillus thuringiensisชนิดใหม่ ฝากไว้ที่ National Collection of Industrial and Marine Seothland ภายใต้หมายเลขอ้างอิง NCIB 12570 และ 12571 ตามลำดับ
2. สูตรผสมฆ่าแมลงสำหรับต่อสู้กับ Lepidoptera สปีส์ต่างๆ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย สารฆ่าแมลง เดลทาเอนโดทอกซิน ที่ผลิตโดยสาร พันธุ์ A20 และ A29 เป็นสารแสดงฤทธิ์
3. สูตรผสมฆ่าแมลงดังที่ถือสิทธิข้อที่ 2 ซึ่งยังประกอบด้วย สารทำให้เจือจางที่เป็นของแข็งหรือสารทำให้พื้นผิวว่องไว
