Abstract
Demir oksitli malzemeden sivi dökme demir veya sivi çelik ön ürünleri üretim metodunda, ince tanecikli demir oksitli malzeme, minimum bir akiskan yatagi indirgeme asamasinda (7,8) indirgeme gaziyla akiskan yatagi metoduyla ince tanecikli sünger demirine indirgenerek topakli cevher, sabit yatakli indirgeme asamasinda (28) topakli demire indirgenir. Sünger demiri sivilastirma-gazlastirma bölgesine (11) verilerek burada karbon tasiyicilariyla oksijenli gaz altinda eritilirken, demir oksitli malzemenin indirgenmesinde CO-ve H2 içeren indirgeme gazi olusturulur. Ince tanecikli sünger demirinin topakli sünger demirinden ayri islem görmemesi için, ince tanecikli sünger demiri islemsiz durumda ve ince tanecikle dogrudan sivilastirma-gazlastirma bölgasine (11) verilir ve topakli sünger demiriyle eritilir.
