Abstract
Bu bulus, bir polietilen bir bilesim tabakasi içeren bir kablo hakkinda olup burada polietilen bilesim sunlari içerir: (A) toplam bilesimin agirligi üzerinden %5 ila %95 en azindan bir ilk polimer olup bu polimer asagidakilere sahip bir etilen /alfa-olefin interpolimerdir: (i) 0.865g/cm3 ila 0.95 g/cm3 yogunluk, (ii) 3.5' ten az, özellikle 1.8 ila 2.8 arasinda bir moleküler agirlik dagilimi (Mw/Mn), (iii) 0.001 g/10 dak. ila 10 g/10 dak. Arasinda bir erime indeksi (I2), (iv) %50' den daha fazla bir CDBI; ve (B) toplam bilesimin agirligi üzerinden %5 ila %95 en azindan bir ikinci polimer olup bu polimer heterojen bir sekilde dallanmis bir etilen polimer ya da 0.9 g/cm3 ila 0.965 g/cm3 arasinda bir yogunluga sahip bir homojen etilen homopolimerdir. Bu bulustaki kablo, düsük yogunluklu polietilen (LPDE), lineer düsük yogunluk polietilen (LLDPE) ve polivinilklorit (PVC) gibi polimerleri kullanan konvansiyonal kabloya göre çok iyi mekanik özelliklere ve islenebilirlige sahiptir.
