Abstract
Tarif edilen sürtünme yataginin sürtünme tabakasi, (3) asinma dayanikliligi açisindan galvaniz yöntemi ve de geleneksel elektronik isin buharlamasi yöntemi ile uygulanan sürtünme tabakalrindan daha olumlu özellikler göstermektedir. Sürtünme tabakasinin (3) yüzeyinde yuvarlak yükseltiler (4) ve çukurlar (6) bulunur. Bu yükseltiler (4), dikey kesit yüzeyi (7) ile ilgili olarak, sürtünme yataginin toplam yüzey ölçümünün % 30 - % 50 'lik kismini kaplamaktadir. Kesit yüzeyi (7) yüksekte yer alir, dikey kesitte yükseltilerin (4) yüzeyde kapladigi alan toplami çukurlarin (6) kapladigi alan toplamina esittir. Yuvarlak yükseltiler yukaridan bakildiginda 3 - 8 Mm degerinde bir D çapindadir. Bu deger de yuvarlak olmayan yükseltilere yukaridan bakildiginda azami çap degerini gösterir.
