Bir karkas katinin meydana getirilmesi, toroid biçimli bir destek (11) üzerine, kesintisiz serit-benzeri bir maddeden (2a) ebatlara kesilmis ve her biri esnek malzemeden bir tabaka (18) içerisine birlestirilmis uzunlamasina iplik-benzeri maddeler (15) ihtiva eden serit-benzeri bölümlerin (13, 14) bir birinci ve bir ikinci dizilerinin yaratilmasi ile yer almaktadir. Birinci dizilerin bölümleri (13), kendilerine ait kordon-takviye yapilarinin (4) ilk kisimlarinin (4a) tatbik edildigi uç kanatlarina (19a), yan kisimlar (19) meydana getirmek üzere, birbirlerinden zincirleme olarak bir miktar çevresel mesafede yerlestirilmektedirler. Ikinci dizilerin bölümlerinin (14) her biri, halka seklindeki yapilarin (4) ilk kisimlarini (4a) örten kendilerine ait uç kanatlari ile (20a), birinci dizilerin iki bölümü (13) arasinda tayin edilen alan içinde araya yerlestirilmektedirler.
